Architect of the University of Buenos Aires with Urban Economics graduate in the University Torcuato Di Tella. He has performed in different countries and has held senior positions in the public, private, academic and non-governmental organizations. He has presented a lot of urban and infrastructure studies, and made some architecture and engineering jobs in Argentina and abroad.
