She holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from the University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona and has a degree diploma in International Consultancy for Institutional Development at the Institute of Continuing Education at the UPF. It’s nearly fifteen years of experience in design, formulation and implementation of policies on gender equality begins in the field of consulting organizations and public administrations. She first worked on a private company, and then move to the third sector and the public sector. Currently coordinates the CIRD, the service of the Department of Women and Civil Rights of the City of Barcelona, whose main purpose is the promotion of gender mainstreaming in the municipal government and the whole city.
