Juanjo Mendez, is an economist, graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina. Throughout his career, he worked in different charges of strategic communication. Also worked, as a consultant for the concession of mobility public services,  industrial sector and retail companies with regional presence in Latin America. In 2009, he integrated the technical team of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires to develop the communication of the Sustainable Mobility Plan. In 2011, he became the Chief of the Staff of the Transport Secretariat, area that is responsible for the transformation of the mobility in the city by the implementation of EcoBici, Metrobus, the planning network Subways and the management of  safety on the roads and traffic.
